When you install the program you will select one of two options:

1) Upgrade From Ver 2.x or 3.x          
Use this option if your are upgrading from previous versions.

2) New Install/Demo (Not Upgrading)
This is used for a new installation and/or to install the demo.
When you do a new installation do not select to install the demo data.
There is an additional option to install demo data "Install Demo Data Files".
